After-sales service guarantee:
1.For the defective products produced by our company, we will implement warranty services of" repair, replacement and refund"according to the Quality regulations;
2. We are responsible for the maintenance and replacement of the products during the warranty period; Responsible for on-site installation and use, inspection and acceptance with users, and provide special tools and instruments required for installation, use and maintenance of products;
3. After receiving the user's request for on-site service information (telephone call, letter or oral notice), we will respond within 1 hour, and send the experienced personnel in on-site work to the designated service place in China within 24 hours to guide the installation work;
4. While solving the after-sales service in time, our technical personnel are obliged to provide technical consultation, technical training and solve other product-related problems free of charge;
5. Provide spare parts, spare accessories and technical services at preferential prices after the expiration of warranty.
